LE BUGIE
In the Calabria , Piemonte e Liguria region with wine covered with chocolate and the traditional sugar sprinkled on top called: zucchero a velo.






I CENCI

Toscany sweets covered with sugar sprinkled,flower and wine fried in hot oil.








LE SFRAPPOLE

From the Emilia Romagna region  with flower, sugar , eggs,  lemon peel  and a glass of anice liquor.They are also fried and sprinkled with sugar on top.




I FARSI

Traditional of the lombardia region close to city of Pavia
The recipe is similar to the Sfrappole  ones but  the shape is different and cream is added asan inside filling to give it that extra flavor.





LA CIRCHIERATA

Is a famous sweet of the center of Italy close to Rome. It is of antique origin made with fried  pasta and coverd with hot honey.
